Acknowledgment of Risks By using the PupDate app to arrange dog playdates, I understand and accept that participation involves potential risks, including but not limited to:
Injuries to dogs or humans.
Property damage.
Disease transmission.
Assumption of Responsibility I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation in a playdate arranged through PupDate.
Release of Liability I hereby release PupDate, its developers, operators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my use of the app or participation in a playdate, including but not limited to:
Injuries or accidents involving my dog or myself.
Interactions with other users or their pets.
Health and Behavior Assurance I confirm that I have the sole responsibility for ensuring my dog is:
Healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations.
Fit for social interactions with other dogs.
Well-behaved and under my control during playdates.
Compliance with Laws I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding dog ownership and control while participating in playdates arranged through PupDate.
Age and Legal Capacity I confirm that:
I am at least 16 years old.
I have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Agreement to Terms I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this waiver. I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
